Hey you guys this is my first “Our- Eats” Post on here! This is my easy to make Pho recipe!!!

Things you’ll need :

  • 1 Full Rotisserie Chicken ( walmart brand or whatever you have )
  • 1 Yellow Onion Peeled and quartered.
  • 1 Ginger Root – Sliced
  • 2 Jalapenos

  • 1 Large Pot
  • 1 Baking Pan

Step 1- Fill pot up with 10 cups of cold water
Step 2- Bring water to rolling boil
Step 3- Pre-Heat Oven to 400 F
Step 4- While water is boiling add in Pho Seasoning Mix  mix in completely and add your rotisserie chicken to the boiling water, Lower temperature for water to about medium/low heat.
Step 5- Cut Yellow Onion into 4 Pieces ( Remove Skin ) Slice Ginger place on baking pan and put in oven
for 5-10 minutes ( at least until the Onion is beginning to brown )
Step 6- Once Onion has begun to brown add both onion and ginger into the mixture
Step 7- Let that sit for 30 Minutes.
Step 8- Remove Chicken – Remove the skin and chicken bones and put back into the pot. Increase Heat and allow to simmer, Place all deboned chicken pieces into the fridge.
Step 9- Chop up Cilantro ( Optional ) put in Pot with all other ingredients, and allow for them to sit for 1-2 hours, ( heat on med/low )

Prep Your Sides:

Rice Noodles : It Depends on what type you have but be very careful these noodles cook within 5-10 Seconds.
When you’re ready put your rice noodles in strainer and submerge the noodles in the broth that you’re making on the stove. Let them get soft and until they almost look clear ( once again this should only take 5-10 second )
Put those into a new bowl for yourself,
Chop up your Jalapeno’s, and Add them to your bowl of noodles ( However much you want )
then wash and add your Mung Bean Sprouts , Cilantro, Thai Basil. Add your Chicken Pieces that were in the

After two Hours – Use strainer to strain the Skin, bones , onions and ginger out, Pour broth into a new Bowl.

Final Step: Pour Broth over all of your side ingredients and ENJOY 🙂
