Pass the Gnocchi

Alrighty Back too Cooking!

have you ever seen something the grocery store and thought ” Hmmm I wonder what that would taste like”
This has happened many a time especially when it comes to gnocchi, So I decided to buy 2 packs and wing this recipe and I am proud to say it actually came out pretty well! This is also a fairly simple recipe! I have learned that simple is sometimes the best option.

Things You Will Need
2 Chicken Breasts Marinated


 * For the Marinade you will need *
 2 Cups of Butter/Olive Oil 
2-3 Minced Cloves of Garlic 
1 Tsp of Dried rosemary 
* Combine and rub onto your chicken breasts allow to marinate overnight *


2 cups of Mozzarella Cheese ( it would be amazing if you used Ovaltinies )
1 Jar of Alfredo Sauce ( If you want to go light I was suggest a light olive oil pesto )
For the Sides ( Optional ) 
Bagged Spring Mix Salad
1 Crispy Baguette


Preheat Oven to 400 degrees

Once ovens heated put your chicken in a baking pan and bake chicken for 30 minutes ( until it is cooked )

While the chicken is cooking,bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil.Once water is rolling add a pinch of salt and a tsp of butter. Then add your gnocchi, these little guys cook pretty fast i’d say about 2-3 minutes the gnocchi will start to float, once they are all buoyant, remove pot from heat and pour into a strainer .

Grab another baking dish, pour your boiled gnocchi into the banking pan, add your whole jar of alfredo sauce( if you like things saucy , if not just add half ) mix in well, then add your mozzarella cheese as your top layer.  Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees You’re gonna bake this for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
